Property clearance |
Our property clearance service is for collection, removal of items, and disposal of your items at a registered waste transfer station.
Unfortunately we do have a minimum disposal cost which covers our waste disposal fee. You can be assured that your waste is recycled and disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. |

Waste carriers license |
We have a waste carriers license, our reg number is EAN/960245.
Please beware: If you decide not to use us, make sure the waste carriers have a license! You will be held responsible if the carrier is pulled over and does not carry this license. You and the carrier may be fined for the offence. |

Full or part loads |
We can take full or part loads away from your property and our vehicles are able to carry 1200kg (686cub.ft) of waste. |

Garden waste & rubble |
Unfortunately we can't take rubble and garden waste away in our vans, but we will gladly arrange a skip to be delivered at your property and fill it for you if you wish. |

Fridges/freezers |
There is a fee attached to the disposal of fridges and freezers and unfortunately we have to pass this charge on. It costs £30 per item to dispose. |

You can choose to use our services separately or we do offer combined packages, which are outlined below:- |

Removals & Property Clearance Package |
This package includes the removal of your wanted items, and transported to your new home, we will then return to your old house and clear your unwanted items and dispose of them for you. |

Removals & Storage Package |
If you wish to use both our removal & storage service we can offer you a discount, we have storage depots in Chesterfield & Bakewell. |
